**About Your Role:**

As an Operations Manager at one of Dollar Tree’s Distribution Centers, you’ll partner with other leaders to oversee safe, clean, and efficient receiving, order filling, and shipping operations in a high-volume, multi-shift environment. You’ll ensure work is performed according to SOPs while meeting productivity and quality goals and reinforcing Dollar Tree’s culture of safety, sanitation, and customer service.
