Overview

As the Claims Operations Manager, you will play an integral part in ensuring the delivery of professional, quality, customer and outcome focused claims services in a cost effective and consistent manner. You will support the development of resource capability, drive quality assurance activities to support continuous improvement, achieve financial targets and demonstrating behaviours that are in line with the Company Values. You will drive collaboration with the senior leadership team to meet contractual obligations, enhance financial outcomes, and identify opportunities for business growth.
