Key Responsibilities Supervise dispatch, receiving, stock control, and driver teams. Oversee branch stocktake and inventory accuracy. Monitor logistics performance and on-time delivery. Manage support staff and the customer collection area. Ensure safety, housekeeping, and operational efficiency. Essential Requirements 5+ years in logistics or operations management. Strong organisational and staff supervision skills. Knowledge of stock systems and basic financial controls. Beneficial Requirements Distribution centre or warehouse systems experience.
