Responsibilities:
Lead daily warehouse, delivery, and branch operations.Manage, coach, and develop a team of 15+ employees.Monitor employee performance and maintain accountability standards.Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.Ensure products are received, stored, and distributed efficiently.Support customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.Manage fleet operations, vehicle readiness, and route efficiency.Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity.Monitor operational costs and support profitability goals.Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.Requirements:
