Job Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the overall logistics operations across construction projects.
- Oversee daily logistics operations, fleet deployment, manpower coordination, and operational planning to support smooth project execution.
- Manage fleet operations including cranes, lorries, vehicles, machinery, and equipment utilization.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, site teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure operational and logistics requirements are met.
