The Operations Manager (Field & Deployment) is strictly responsible for the flawless execution mobilization and daily management of our outsourced blue‑collar workforce across various client sites in the UAE. The core metric of success for this role is maximizing billable hours by eliminating absenteeism, ensuring 100% on‑time deployment and maintaining strong client relations at the ground level.

Note: Centralized HR worker welfare/camps payroll and recruitment are handled by separate dedicated departments. This is a pure execution and field operations role.
