As a growing multi-brand F&B group in Singapore, home to five distinct restaurant concepts. As we continue to expand and strengthen our operations, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and support our brands, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and service excellence across all outlets.
Job Scope & Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant outlets to ensure smooth service and consistent standards.
- Support and manage Restaurant Managers in staffing, service quality, and operational performance.
- Implement and enforce SOPs, service standards, and operational guidelines across all outlets.
- Monitor outlet performance, including sales, labour cost, food cost, and operational KPIs.
