• Monitor operational performance, productivity, and service quality to meet company objectives and customer expectations.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities and timely service delivery to customers.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the operations team to achieve operational targets and service excellence.
• Ensure effective manpower planning and resource allocation.
