Job Scope
In charge of overall daily operation of F&B outlets, cost control, inventory and manpower arrangement.
Responsible for foreign workers daily management, work pass compliance and MOM related matters coordination.
Formulate store management SOP, supervise service quality, food safety and daily administrative work.
Assist in company financial checking, supplier negotiation and new outlet preparation.
Fulfill company director statutory compliance matters.
