Operations Manager – Healthcare

(Required: 5+ Years Pure Healthcare BPO Experience with Team Management)

Location: Cebu or Manila

Work Setup: 100% Onsite

Shift: Night Shift

Salary: 120,000 to 130,000



We are hiring an Operations Manager with proven healthcare operations experience. The candidate must have direct leadership exposure within a purely healthcare account.



Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):



At least 5+ years experience in purely healthcare BPO



Experience in UMR, Prior Authorization, Medical Billing, Claims, or related healthcare functions



Experience handling teams and driving KPI performance



Amenable to onsite work



Amenable to night shift schedule



Non-healthcare backgrounds will not be considered.
