Duties & Responsibilities

Purpose of the role:
To manage the overall operations and lead the production team by ensuring effective utilization of key resources to meet business needs. The individual is responsible for safety, productivity, quality, resources, and reliability within the production environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Recruiting, selecting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees to the correct standards.
