Job Description

We are looking for a confident, commercially astute leader with strong cleaning industry experience who can build trusted client relationships, lead high‑performing teams and ensure contractual, financial and compliance requirements are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and deliver a multi‑site cleaning contract across the Wigan area

Take full ownership of contract performance, ensuring KPIs, SLAs and contractual obligations are met or exceeded

Act as the primary point of contact for the client, building strong, long‑term stakeholder relationships

Lead regular performance reviews, service meetings and client reporting

Hold full financial accountability, including budget control, forecasting, cost management and P&L performance
