Director of Operations (Reports to GM/Onsite) - A hands-on role to transform a small-company culture into a streamlined, 5S/Lean operation; establish best practices, integrate efficient data-tracking systems to maximize labor efficiency, reduce costs, ensure proper material planning and utilization, and meet customer expectations for on-time deliverables. Responsible for Thin film, camera & optics production . DoD client experience is REQUIRED.
