• The Operations Manager is a key position responsible for daily coordination and administration of all operations of assigned programs.


• The Operations Manager is a team leader who assists the Clinical Director in the implementation of a highly effective Outpatient program across multiple facilities.
• The Operations Manager is responsible for the adherence of all documented organizational rules, policies, and procedures within the assigned facilities.
• Core duties include management and leadership of the clinicians and ensuring all operational benchmarks are being achieved or even exceeded, including one-on-ones, trainings, education of mental health, performance evaluations, coordination and management of communications, updates, adherence to performance metrics and all other enterprise goals.
