Primary Job Duties:
Learn all aspects of our organization through a fast paced and hands on training. Assists in developing standard operating procedures for existing customers as well as new customer implementations. Flexible to learn all the intricacies of our business at a variety of levels/schedules to grow knowledge, drive impact and grow within the organization. Able to manage a driver force of 15-20 drivers focusing on scheduled and on call network, able to make fast paced decisions and or cover routes when needed. Willing and able to work offsite up to 50% of the time.
Secondary Job Duties:
Embodies and develops the Courier Express Culture throughout Operations. Assists in providing the tools necessary for operators to be successful in their roles. Assists management with decisions and implementation concerning goals, action plans, staffing, and service.
