International iGaming operator is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee Customer Support, Payments and Fraud operations from its growing Melilla hub. This is a fully onsite role focused on team leadership, operational performance, escalations, and day-to-day management within a fast-paced casino environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Customer Support, Payments and Fraud operations from the Melilla hub.
• Lead and develop teams; manage day-to-day operations, escalations, and performance in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Strong iGaming operations/customer support experience
• Exposure to Payments, Fraud or Player Operations
• Team management experience
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Compensation: circa €55k
