You’ll oversee service delivery, use data to monitor performance, and build strong relationships with local authority partners and stakeholders. You’ll also play a key role in workforce planning, employee relations, and engagement, fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive working environment while maintaining positive relationships with recognised Trade Unions.
