職務内容

• Build, manage and lead a fully functioning operations team, inclusive of program management and studios.

• Responsible for the operational success of client campaigns, always striving to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and on-target.

• Create best in class operations and process models across the agency, including new business, resource planning, campaign execution & delivery and related campaign billing, tracking measurable improvements year-over-year.

• In partnership with HR and leadership overall, deliver robust onboarding experiences and ongoing, best practice training across agency disciplines.

• Primary contact for troubleshooting and solutions for all operational challenges.
