Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Products Executive to support the end-to-end coordination of travel operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless tour planning, accurate bookings, and smooth execution of travel arrangements while working closely with both internal teams and overseas partners.
Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and manage end-to-end tour planning, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries
- Liaise with overseas partners and counterparts to ensure smooth and accurate travel arrangements
- Prepare, review, and update travel documents, itineraries, and booking details
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate booking confirmations
