The Operations Manager is responsible for driving the productivity, safety, and efficiency of the assigned Business Unit’s operations. The role ensures that customer requirements are consistently met in a timely and cost‑effective manner, in full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Housekeeping Practices (GHP), and established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
The Job Holder provides clear planning, direction, and scheduling of team activities to maximize labor utilization, streamline workflows, and maintain operational excellence. This includes proactively monitoring performance, aligning resources with business priorities, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Ensures KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met.
