• Ensure all incentive processes are compliant and report any potential issue, reviewing documentation for accuracy and completion
• Customer and sales team support for incentives queries
• Responding to incentives requirements of regulatory authorities

Occasionally support with high volume

• Vehicle registration and ownership transfer
• Trade-In / Remarketing vehícles
