OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Job Summary


Manages payment administration processes, including payment setup and modifications, wire and loan payments, suspense account reconciliation, remittance processing, and handling non-posted or purchased loan transactions.
Accountable for adhering to the Bank's BSA, AML, and Office of Foreign Control (OFAC), applicable policies. Employee must follow specific unit procedures developed in compliance with the policies. Employee is also responsable for reporting any suspicious activity and / or transactions in accordance with the Bank's processes and comply with any mandatory BSA, AML, OFAC, training assigned
