What You'll Do

• Proficiently handle day‑to‑day activities of the Operations Team, including completing daily research and verification tasks under the supervision of the Operations Manager.
• Perform verification and create reports, research tasks, and call entities (HR/education/qualification) to confirm employment/education enrollment/qualification with business etiquette.
• Use email communications with entities for timely verification.
• Accurately complete background reports with zero errors.
• Plan ahead to ensure all research is finished within the turnaround time (TAT).
• Comply with Personal Information and Privacy Laws, corporate compliance regulations and policies.
• Use internal systems and understand SOP/VPG to perform tasks.
• Respond to inquiries from other inter‑company teams promptly.
• Update caselist accurately and on time.
