Objective

The Operations Strategy & Tactical Support Lead serves as the strategic and operational extension of the EVP of FBO Operations, playing a central role in driving Product and Profit Dominance across the FBO network. This position blends executive-level operational analytics, market intelligence, reporting governance, and high-level administrative leadership.

This individual acts as an extension of the EVP's leadership, working closely with Compliance leadership, Sales, General Managers, and corporate departments to ensure that operational performance, financial outcomes, and brand standards are aligned, measurable, and continuously improving.
