Operations Supervisor

Role Summary
Our client is searching for an Operations Supervisor to join their rapidly growing team. The Operations Supervisor will report directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for the execution of all activities on the production floor. The ideal candidate has prior leadership experience in warehousing, knows proper procedures and policies, and has proven leadership and development skills.
Key Results Area:

+ Determine appropriate production methods and labor levels to meet service deliverables

+ Supervises all operations personnel to ensure maximum productivity, efficiency, and accuracy

+ Work alongside the operations manager and support teams to plan the daily activities
