We are looking for a hands‑on Operations Supervisor to manage and support daily logistics and operational activities.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain operations , and is ready to step into a supervisory position without being fully senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics and operational activities
• Manage and support a team of drivers / coordinators / warehouse staff
• Ensure efficient route planning, scheduling, and dispatch
• Monitor operations to ensure deadlines and service levels are met
• Handle client communication and resolve operational issues
• Maintain accurate reporting and operational records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
