We’re on the lookout for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our growing team in the Philippines. What you’ll do:

• Oversee accurate and timely booking of transactions (new business, renewals, adjustments, cancellations, refunds)
• Lead end-to-end reconciliation (premium receivables, collections, commissions, and more)
• Ensure strong controls through maker-checker governance
• Drive process improvements and digital initiatives to reduce manual work
• Coach and lead a team to deliver high-quality outputs within SLA
