Able to liaise with Mandarin, Vietnamese, Myanmar speaking associates
Must have at least 1 year of experience in F&B outlet, like food court, coffee shop and restaurant
Able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays
Assisting operation manager in daily operation, such as roster planning and ordering of stock from suppliers
Comply with company's policies and procedures relating to all outlet activities
Perform mise-end place
Provide supervisor customer service that is fast, super friendly and customized to the needs of each customer
Provide efficient, accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt customer service delivery in accordance with established SOP, such as taking customer order
