Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations within both AMZL and FC environments, manage teams of Operations Supervisors, Operations Assistants, Delivery Service Providers, and associates (30‑40). Allocate labor, lead meetings, assign job duties, and maintain exceptional organizational skills.
• Team Management: Lead, train, and develop high‑performing teams; foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting engagement and performance while ensuring associate safety and adherence to Amazon Health and Safety standards.
