Job Description

The Operations Support Administrator will liaise with the service team and Site Management to support tasks such as daily scheduling and dispatching of reactive and planned maintenance, tracking, reporting and escalating issues, reviewing timesheets and generating reports, and managing service purchase orders (.

The role also supports Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions as part of broader team responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and allocate tasks for Planned and Reactive Maintenance across multiple services and contracts, ensuring complete task lifecycle management within CMMS systems.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of asset and maintenance data and records.
