An opportunity is available for a Team Leader based at Barnstaple who will report to the Field Operations Team Manager and will be responsible for leading a group of Craft (operational) staff.
The key focus of this role is to lead an efficient and productive team across a region. Key considerations for the successful running of your team include: ensuring they are working compliantly within H&S policies, coordinating programmes of work for them to undertake, maximising efficiencies in delivery, ensuring your team has the appropriate development and authorisations and effectively managing performance on a 1:1 basis.
This is a crucial role to help drive forward performance and give our large teams the support they need in the field.
* The starting salary will be £45,492 moving to £49,369 on completion of training.
