Introduction

We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in optical or electrical engineering to join our team as a contractor. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably with manufacturing test experience. This position requires onsite work in Cupertino, aligning with our full-time employees' schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in electronic and optical test equipment, ATE development, and machine buy-off


• Background in optics, photonics, and laser is preferable


• Experience with wafer level testing is preferable


• Excellent understanding of product development statistics (GRR, SPC, CpK, Specs)


• Excellent communication skills to present and share results clearly and effectively


• Excellent data analysis skills and experience with statistical tools e.g., JMP, MATLAB, MiniT...
