Roles & Responsibilities The Production Operator assists with the food processing operation and filling according to work instructions. He/She will ensure the cleanliness with good housekeeping in our production plants and will report to the First Line Manager of the Production Plant.
Responsibilities - Perform operation according to work instruction.
- Prepare for start-up, which includes verification of metal detectors and other operational prerequisite programs/critical control point.
- Machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Check and record net weight digitally.
- Always maintain hygiene and safety.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements - Weekly rotating shift:
- Mon-Sat: 7am-3pm
- Mon-Fri: 3pm-11pm
- Mon-Fri: 11pm-7am
- Minimum NITEC or foreign diploma/degree in engineering.
