Ensures and promotes compliance with Company policies standards procedures and contractual obligations. Closely works with Contracts and Legal function to help review and assess the liabilities present in Subcontracts or Supplier Contracts in order to understand contractual risks and lead the supplier T amp C negotiations. Execute supplier contracts to implement the chosen business strategy of the project effectively maximizing contractual protection to the Company through client prime contract back-to-back flow downs. Assists on the drafting revisions negotiations and approval process of global or strategic supplier contracts for the assigned suppliers packages.
