Union Public Service Commission is hiring an Additional Legal Adviser at Ministry of Law and Justice.
Eligibility
A. Educational Qualification A Degree in Law from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification.
B. Experience The candidate should satisfy any one of the following conditions:
- He should have been a member of a State Judicial Service for a period of not less than thirteen years; or
- He should have held a superior post in the Legal Department of a State for a period of not less than thirteen years; or
- He should be a Central Government servant with not less than thirteen years of experience in legal affairs; or
- He should be a qualified legal practitioner.
