AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time Operations Team Lead to be responsible for supervising Branch Operations. Candidates should have experience directly related to the Mortgage Industry. Under the direct supervision of the Processing Manager, the job responsibilities of the Operations Team Lead position include, but are not limited, to the following:
Manage submission process and provide daily updates for tracking file flow. Manage pipeline assignments of processing staff to maintain equal distribution of files for efficient work flow. Provide ongoing training and process updates to existing staff members. Provide training and on boarding support for new corporate and branch personnel. Provide processing expertise on complex files.
