About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Optometrist to support our Ophthalmologist in providing specialist eye care services. This role involves conducting detailed clinical assessments, performing ophthalmic diagnostic tests, and supporting pre- and post-operative care. The ideal candidate should be clinically competent, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a ophthalmic specialist medical environment. Key Responsibilities Clinical Assessments & Diagnostics Perform comprehensive eye examinations, including refraction, visual acuity tests, colour vision tests, and intraocular pressure measurement. Conduct specialised ophthalmic tests such as OCT, visual field tests, fundus photography, corneal topography, biometry (e.g., IOL Master) and other diagnostic imaging (training can be provided).
