This is not a standard Oracle ERP Security role.



Oracle ERP / Fusion security is the baseline requirement, but candidates must also bring an additional capability in either IAM, cloud security, or controls. Ritesh emphasized that they are struggling because most candidates only meet one side of this requirement.



Core Requirement, Non Negotiable



All candidates must have strong hands-on Oracle ERP / Fusion security experience, including:



• Role based access controls

• Segregation of Duties design and rule writing

• Creation of job roles, duty roles, and data roles

• Direct implementation experience, not administrative or support-only backgrounds



SOD is critical and considered table stakes.
