Oracle FDI Developer – Mississauga, ON – Contract – Experience: 7+ Years Responsibilities

Design and develop analytics, dashboards, and KPIs using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) for HCM modules Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements Develop and customize subject areas, metrics, and data visualizations in FDI Perform data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning of reports Integrate HCM data sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency Support enhancements, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance of analytics solutions Prepare documentation and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders Required Skills & Competencies
