Job Description

We are seeking an Oracle HCM Developer to support the ongoing development, configuration and support of our Oracle HCM Cloud platform. The role is ideal for someone looking to build their Oracle HCM career, gaining hands‑on experience across Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruitment, Absence and Reporting within a complex enterprise environment. The Oracle HCM Developer will report to the Senior HCM developer to deliver system changes, reporting, data loads and BAU support, while developing technical and functional skillsets.

Responsibilities

• HCM System Configuration and Support: Support the configuration and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Talent, and Absence Management.
