Role Overview:

We are seeking a Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong experience across Core HR and HCM modules to support a large-scale HR transformation initiative.

Location: London (Fully remote)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver functional expertise across Core HR, Absence, and Talent modules

Support configuration and testing of HCM solutions

Engage with stakeholders to define and refine requirements

Support system enhancements and continuous improvement

Work closely with technical teams on Fast Formula and reporting needs

Key Skills & Experience:

Experience with Oracle HCM / EBS HR modules

Strong knowledge of Absence, Performance, and Learning domains
