Our Client, a large municipal health care system company, is looking for a Oracle HCM Learning Lead for their New York, NY location.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead design workshops with Workforce Development, HR, clinical education, and regulatory compliance teams to define Oracle Learning program structures, enrollment strategies, and compliance tracking requirements.


• Architect and configure Oracle Learning Cloud including courses, learning paths, compliance programs, certification tracking, external learning and automatic assignment rules to meet Client clinical and administrative training mandate.


• Design learning assignment rules that automatically enroll employees based on Assignment, Position, Department, and/or Location ensuring the right training is delivered to the right workforce segment at the right time.
