Job Description
- Configure and support Oracle Service Contracts (OKS) and Installed Base (IB) .
- Support integration across related modules such as Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Pricing, Field Service,
- Manage contract creation, renewals, billing, pricing, and entitlements.
- Work with cross-functional teams across OM, AR, Pricing, Field Service, and Inventory.
- Lead requirement gathering, functional design and perform functional testing, UAT coordination, and production deployment support.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows).
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
