Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Industrial Order Entry Representative to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining efficient operations and delivering exceptional service to our B2B customers.
Key Responsibilities
+ Accurately process customer orders and returns within ERP systems
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for B2B customers, ensuring timely and professional communication
+ Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales and Engineering, to support order fulfillment
+ Maintain and manage detailed product and order information
+ Ensure accuracy in pricing, taxes, and order data entry
+ Provide phone and administrative support as needed
+ Assist other departments based on business needs
