Job Description

Position Overview

The Order Picker is a detail-driven, disciplined professional responsible for accurate order picking, pallet building, and maintaining inventory integrity across warehouses and Cash & Carry operations.


This role directly impacts customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, and operational reliability. Accuracy is critical. Safety is non-negotiable.


Core Responsibilities


1. Order Fulfillment & Store Support

  • Pick and stage distribution orders accurately and efficiently

  • Pick and prepare Cash & Carry customer orders

  • Verify product quantities and item numbers before staging

  • Stack, palletize, tote, and/or store product in a safe and efficient manner

  • Replenish warehouse stock to support the Cash & Carry store

  • Maintain organized retail shelves daily
