In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end O2C processes, ensuring smooth and accurate execution while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, operational quality, and cost efficiency. A key part of the position is to maintain an efficient operational flow by handling and coordinating requests from both internal stakeholders (different business units within our partner’s organization) and external partners (customers, logistics providers). Your goal is to deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring orders are fulfilled as requested and delivered on time, and by supporting accurate and timely invoicing and payment follow-up.
