Our clients’ Digital Transformation Group (DTG) is running multiple high-priority, high-velocity programs simultaneously — spanning enterprise technology transformation, product launches, and operational modernization. We're looking for a Contract OCM Lead who can hit the ground running, manage complexity without hand-holding, and deliver rigorous change management across concurrent initiatives in one of the fastest-paced digital transformation environments in the industry.
This is not a role for someone who needs a clearly scoped, single-track workstream. This is a role for someone who thrives on ambiguity, adapts quickly when priorities shift, and brings sharp analytical thinking to every stage of the change lifecycle.
What You'll Do

• Own OCM strategy and execution across multiple concurrent high-priority programs simultaneously, from discovery through stabilization
