As a member of the Human Resources Department, the Organizational Development and Change Consultant assists the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency in enhancing effectiveness and efficiency through systemic change. General Accountabilities

The Organizational Development and Change Consultant is accountable for leading the development of the enterprise change management infrastructure within the Agency. The Consultant will also provide the Agency with a full range of organizational development services, advice, and support in the areas of strategic leadership, human resource development, talent management, individual/team performance, organizational and cultural change and effectiveness, and workforce planning.
