Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or any related course.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in OD-related functions.
• Exposure to employee engagement, training, or HR analytics.
• Experience supporting organizational programs or projects.
• Basic knowledge of OD concepts and HR processes.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Data gathering and basic analysis skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and systematic.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Team-oriented and adaptable.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Support Organizational Development Programs
• Assist in the design and implementation of organizational and employee development programs aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate activities that support workforce capability development and organizational effectiveness.
