Partners with the Human Resources Manager and people managers to assure all HR processes and the Capability & Competencies development agenda. This role is performed in compliance with company values, principles, policies, controls, procedures and applicable laws.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and sustain an Employees Training matrix.Ensure newly hired employees receive an effective, timely, informative new hire orientation using the company approved format and material. Schedules, conducts, facilitates, audits, and identifies new methods to improve new hire orientation.Manage HR annual training agenda to assure all employees participate. Assure all employees are oriented in new HR policies.Support the staffing agenda for regular, temporal and internships positions. Identifies and assures suitable talent for open positions....
